This study aims to understand the factors that influence ERP implementation costs in Malaysian SMEs. It looks at three major cost classifiers: implementation, enterprise and people. It also examines how each classifier influences the total cost. To conduct the study, we conducted an exploratory survey of 111 companies located in the Klang Valley.
